Or you can just download the booking form and fill in all your details and complete information of your bookings. Then you can email it back to us at info@lembahazwenresort.com. You will receive a follow up call from our sales team as well as a full quotation in your email. ​

We will reply you with a full quotation as well as a follow up call from one of our sales executive to confirm any additional details require of further assistance that you may need.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PERSON PER BOOKING ACCEPTED IS 50 PAX & ABOVE

80% DEPOSIT TOGETHER WITH AN OFFICIAL LETTER IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKINGS

PACKAGE PRICE RATES ARE BASED ON PER PERSON / PER NIGHT STAY

ALL PRICES RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 6% GOVERNMENT SERVICE TAX (GST)
