Please read the ‘Terms & Conditions’ carefully as these incorporate the basis for which bookings and payments for Lembah Azwen Resort are accepted.



Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

  • All bookings made via online at or Azwen Training Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd (ATC) directly are made subject to these terms and conditions and the person making the booking will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons who will be staying at Lembah Azwen Resort under the booking once any payment is made in relation to the booking.

  • Bookings may also be governed by and subject to additional terms and conditions which are applied or may relate to items such as payments, deposits and cancellations and you should confirm the exact conditions directly with Azwen Training Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd before booking. If there is any inconsistency between the Participating Property terms and conditions and these Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.

  • If booking via Third-party Agents (Consultants, Training Institutes, etc.); and there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions provided by your Third-party Agent and these Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.

  • You should ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure you are aware of the Terms and Conditions which apply to your particular booking.

  • Any prices, fees, deposit amounts or charges which are specified or referred to in these terms and conditions are in the same currency as the booking to which they relate.



  • All confirmed booking/reservation need to be accompanied by an Official Letter together with a Non-refundable Deposit Payment of 80% from the Total Booking Value and the balance to be paid in full 2 weeks before Check-In.

  • Starting from 1st April 2015, all prices are subjected to 6% GST tax.

  • We also accept Local Order (L/O) or Purchase Order (P/O) from government agencies, schools and universities

  • For payment arrangements; subject to this terms & conditions; When you check-in you may be asked to provide full payment or any monies due or LO/PO.

  • If you are unable to provide settlement of the above, your booking may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay Azwen Training an amount equal to the full booking amount plus any other costs incurred by Azwen Training in connection with the booking. Accordingly, any pre-payment or deposit you have made in relation to the booking will be forfeited to Azwen Training under this term.

  • Standard Minimum Persons Per Booking accepted is 50 pax/persons and above only

  • Booking are on a ‘1st Come 1st Serve Basis’ and actual pricing at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are subject to the availability and applicable pricing of the relevant Package at the time of the booking and some conditions and/exclusions may apply including but not limited to minimum stay requirements or minimum person per booking.

  • Verbal quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Any quote given is an estimate only of price and the price will only be confirmed once a payment is made on the booking and you receive written advice from Azwen Training that the payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed.

  • Any confirmed price is subject to change if: (1) a payment which is due on a booking is not received by Azwen Training by the date the payment is due; or (2) there is a change in or imposition of a government charge, tax or levy which entitles or necessitates Azwen Training changing the price of your booking; and (3) any details relating to your booking are amended, for example your dates of stay, your room type or the number of persons staying under your booking

  • If you reasonably believe a written confirmation or invoice which has been provided to you is incorrect, you can request that Azwen Training reissue that written confirmation or invoice and you may pay the amount specified on the reissued written confirmation or invoice by the date which it is specified as being due.



  • To Confirm Bookings, an 80% Non-refundable Deposit is required immediately together with an Official Letter to enable us to proceed with Date Blocking

  • Local Order / Purchase Order for Government Bodies, Universities

  • Deposit Payment & Official Letter will indicate acceptance of these booking terms & conditions.

  • Payments can only be made via Cash, CHEQUE or Direct Deposit; and must be received within 48 hours of making the booking. If payment is not received within 48 hours Lembah Azwen Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking reservation without notification.

  • For payments via CHEQUE which has not cleared prior to your scheduled date of check-in you will not be permitted to check-in unless you provide an alternative form of payment.

  • Lembah Azwen Resort bears no responsibility for monies paid via any third-party representative, agencies or consultants acting on-behalf of, until cleared funds are received in the account of Lembah Azwen Resort (Azwen Training Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd).



  • Full Payment must be received 2 weeks prior to check-in.

  • For bookings made inside 14 days prior to check-in, full payment is required

  • If deposit or final payment is not received by the due date agreed, Lembah Azwen Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking and any monies paid by you in relation to your booking will be forfeited to ATC

  • Once full payment has been made, an official invoice will be issued as confirmation via email or provided at the time of check-in.



  • All amendments to dates and room types are subject to availability at the time

  • Amendments are permitted up to 14 days prior to Check-in, will incur additional charges where applicable and on 'availability basis'.

  • Amendments are not accepted inside 48 hours of standard check-in time; and for all amendments made within 48 hours subject to approval, will incur additional charges where applicable and on 'availability basis'.



  • For ALL BOOKINGS CONFIRMED, once full payment has been made, according to the above “Confirmation” Terms & Conditions, there will be no refund.

  • If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will be required to pay to ATC the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.

  • To the extent permitted by law any deposit amount paid by you to ATC for your booking is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.


  • Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) currency and are subject to change at any time.

  • Rates quoted is based on the Minimum Number of Booking

  • All price rates are subjected to an additional 6% Government Service Tax

  • Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation.

  • Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain rates during special event periods.

  • The prices quoted cannot be guaranteed until Deposit Payment is received or Official Letter for LO/PO

  • All prices and other payment rates and conditions should be confirmed at the time of booking.



  • Standard check-in is 3pm and standard check-out is 2pm.

  • Late check-out is at the discretion of the Resort Manager and must be requested the night before check out and charges may apply.

  • For Late check-out after 2pm from rooms / 12 noon from halls requests will incur additional charges; and requests are subject to availability and approval from Management Head Office

  • Upon Check-in, room keys are to be collected at the Lembah Azwen Resort site office by the lead person in charge; and when dropping off/returning room keys upon Check-out



  • All Outdoor Programs & Activities are inclusive of Trainer / Instructor

  • All Outdoor Activities are Inclusive of Insurance

  • All Outdoor Programs & Activities are conducted by Certified & Qualified  Instructors

  • Assisted by Trained Resort Personnel for Outdoor Activities | Rates vary when more assistants are required

  • All rates are negotiable subject to the number of participants and package mix

  • Rental of resort equipment is available and rates can be discussed

  • Life jackets are provided for all water sports

  • Playing field is available.

  • No additional charges imposed for outdoor programs conducted by own trainers using their own equipment



  • The Company reserves the right to change this Terms & Conditions at any time.  The company shall provide adequate notice on our site and other such modes of communication.  Significant changes will go into effect immediately. You should periodically check the Site and this Terms & Conditions for updates.
